David Blake went missing on the 9th March 2018 from the Kennesaw National Battlefield Park, Georgia.

Where did David go?
David is 25 years old, he is an avid hiker and outdoorsman. He is very familiar with the park and the 16 miles of trails. On March 9th 2018, police found David's car parked near an overflow car park off Old Highway 41 in the Kennesaw National Battlefield Park. His hiking bag and his keys in the cup holder. His camping gear had been left behind in his apartment which suggests he was not planning on camping out. Search and rescue first assumed that he walked to one of the parks trials and may have been somewhere up on the Kennesaw Mountain.
David's mother last saw him on Wednesday 7th March 2018 and said he was his normal calm, easy-going self. 'He said, love ya mom, see ya later like we always do'. His family said it is very unexpected and said David would never just walk off. He wasn't into any high risk behaviours or illegal activity, they called him quiet and relatively boring. His phone was last used to send some text messages early on 8th March. He never showed up to work that day and never called in. Since then there has been no activity on his phone or from his bank/credit cards.
Dozens of searches have been carried out based on the location of his car and the data from David's phone. On 9th March a Georgia State Patrol helicopter was deployed and a bloodhound from the Cobb County Sheriff's Office that searched from the ground. On 10th March cadaver dogs found no indication of a decomposing body within the search area.
There is currently no sign of David, this is very out of character for him and why did he leave his keys and bag behind?
David is described as 6ft 1, around 155lbs, brown hair, blue eyed. He has scars on the base of his left palm from a serious burn. Anyone with information is urged to contact 911.
